TASQ is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team as Bilingual Call Center Agents. This exciting position requires a strong command of both languages to deliver exceptional customer support in a fast-paced and rewarding setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Effectively communicate with customers in both Spanish and English, providing outstanding support via phone, chat, or email.

- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns with professionalism and accuracy.

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering timely, clear, and helpful solutions.

- Log customer interactions and feedback in an organized and efficient manner.

- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless and effective service delivery.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.

- Must currently live in Cebu City or the nearby Cebu province (or be open to relocating).

- Availability for a screening interview and reachable for further communication.

- If you are a foreign national, please have a valid Philippine working visa ready.
