Position: Spanish Bilingual

Location: Quezon City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing customer service to clients primarily in Spanish, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions, while requiring fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base; responsibilities may include answering calls, handling online chats, processing orders, managing billing concerns, and escalating complex issues to relevant departments, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Key responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 yrs experience as Spanish bilingual agent
• Willing to WORK ASAP in Quezon City
• Work setup: Office-based
• Education: HS Graduate/College Level/ Bachelor's Degree
• Nationality must be FILIPINO.

SALARY:

Up to 100,000 package + 100,000 Signing Bonus
