Overview Sales Team LeaderWork Arrangement: 100% On-siteSchedule: 12:00 NN – 9:00 AM Philippine Time (including 1-hour rest); no operations on US Saturdays and SundaysLocation: 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, TaguigEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000 per month (inclusive of incentives and benefits) About The Role As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily, is customer-obsessed, has strong communication skills, can be resourceful in high-pressure situations, and can problem-solve quickly and analytically. The company is a leading provider of recruiting services for healthcare and social assistance workers and employers. If you like to build and help others find the right opportunities, this may be the right team for you. Key Responsibilities You will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients. Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business Communicating with clients, responding to and following up on leads Collecting client information necessary for job creation Qualifications Time management and prioritizing workload Industry knowledge and experience desirable Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent customer service skills People management skills Negotiation skills Presenting skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Above average communication skills Experience in B2B sales / SaaS is an advantage Proven leadership skills Proven sales skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management Experience using CRM tools Startup mindset Competitive nature Resilience Growth mindset Candidates with attached CV and relevant experience will be considered for a phone interview.
