We're Hiring: Sales Team Lead (Onsite, Night Shift BGC, Taguig)

Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams? We're looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic and growing company in BGC, Taguig

Location: Onsite BGC, Taguig
Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Work Type: Full-time, Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Pure Sales Representatives
  • Perform outbound B2B sales activities and support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Actively participate in business development and client outreach
  • Continue taking outbound calls to engage with potential clients
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with American clients
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of B2B Sales experience
  • Proven experience in leading a team of Sales Representatives
  • Strong business development skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral accent
  • Willingness to lead by example and be hands-on with outbound sales calls
