We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to support both administrative coordination and financial operations. The role involves processing client orders, supporting invoicing and collections, and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication across our global network. Responsibilities Process and track client orders, including preparation and organization of administrative documents related to training, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Handle training registration and transfer requests while managing back‑office systems and related tools. Organize and maintain office records, primarily client contracts and invoices. Act as the focal point for interactions with our international offices, coordinating special projects and daily communications. What we are looking for At least 2 years of experience in data entry (plus). Bachelor’s or College Degree in any field. Comfortable working with Office (especially Excel) and/or GSuite (particularly Google Sheets). Good English communication skills (verbal and written). Process‑oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail. Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a knack for early identification and creative solutions. Ability to anticipate potential problems and apply strong problem‑solving skills. Experience in basic invoicing or accounts receivable is a plus.
