We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing billing transactions, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting clients with invoicing inquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely billing, contributing to client satisfaction and efficient revenue operations.Key Responsibilities:Process and generate accurate client invoices based on contractual terms and billing schedulesReview and reconcile billing data for accuracy and completenessHandle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statusWork closely with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve billing issuesMaintain records of invoices, payments, and account adjustments in accordance with company policySupport end-of-month billing cycles and reporting deadlinesAssist with audits, compliance checks, and other billing-related documentationProactively identify opportunities to improve billing processes and workflowsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operationsStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and financial documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms)Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlinesAmenable to working on a graveyard shiftWilling to commit to a fixed-term role of 5 to 6 months
