About this role:
- Manage and organise the email inbox, ensuring timely responses and flagging urgent items
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and text messages
- Oversee calendar scheduling, including bookings, reminders, and maintaining an ideal week structure
- Manage workflows in Monday.com , updating boards and tracking client progress
- Monitor LinkedIn messages, responding to inquiries and escalating when necessary
- Welcome and onboard new members into programs and groups (e.g. Upcoach, Facebook groups, email lists)
- Assist with event support (e.g. sending reminders, updating attendance, follow-up emails)
- Upload training videos into Upcoach
- Support client communications across email, text, and platforms such as Go High Level/LeadConnecto r
- Maintain SOPs and checklists for recurring business processes
- Provide general administrative support and other tasks as directed
Qualifications / Skills:
- Qualifications
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (preferred) OR relevant experience
- Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
- Experience using Monday.com, Go High Level, or similar scheduling/workflow tools
- Skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, CRM systems)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Professional, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting
