Position: Dental Sales Manager
Shanghai Pharma (Philippines), Inc. is committed to being a leading provider of dental products in the country. We are looking for motivated, results-driven, and growth-oriented professionals who can help us deliver high-quality dental solutions to dentists, dental technicians, assistants, and other dental experts to enhance patient care.
- Implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Promote product features and benefits to drive customer interest, orders, and loyalty.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental technicians, specialists, and laboratories.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training to engage and educate clients.
- Provide basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
- Regularly monitor, summarize, and report sales activities and performance to management.
- Work arrangement: office-based (BGC, Metro Manila) and field-based sales coverage.

- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Medical/Dental Technology, Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience in dental products, medical devices, or related industries.
- Prior experience in dental implants is an advantage.
- Existing connections with dentists and dental professionals will be an edge.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and CRM tools.
- Clinical exposure or experience working with dental procedures (implants, aesthetics, orthodontics) is a plus.
Knowledge:
- Professional sales techniques
- Dental products, market trends, and clinical applications
- Sales cycle and basic payment processes
- Familiarity with Philippine dental culture and industry practices
