Position: Dental Sales Manager

  • Implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct client visits, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  • Promote product features and benefits to drive customer interest, orders, and loyalty.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with dentists, dental technicians, specialists, and laboratories.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and training to engage and educate clients.
  • Provide basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product loyalty.
  • Regularly monitor, summarize, and report sales activities and performance to management.
  • Work arrangement: office-based (BGC, Metro Manila) and field-based sales coverage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Medical/Dental Technology, Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in dental products, medical devices, or related industries.
  • Prior experience in dental implants is an advantage.
  • Existing connections with dentists and dental professionals will be an edge.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Canva, and CRM tools.
  • Clinical exposure or experience working with dental procedures (implants, aesthetics, orthodontics) is a plus.
