Sales Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Foster a positive and motivated sales environment. Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities and trends in the aesthetics and Beauty Salon industry. Analyze competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Work closely with the clinical team to ensure client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness. Sales Performance Analysis Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. Utilize data and analytics to optimize sales processes and strategies. Budget Management Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Control expenses and maximize ROI on sales activities. Forecast sales revenue and expenses accurately. Compliance and Ethics Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards. Maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions with clients and team members. Collaboration Collaborate with other departments and third parties when required for effective teamwork. Participate in regular management committee meetings and furnish reports and feedback to the CEO and fellow team members to facilitate continuous process improvement. Other duties may be assigned from time to time, as determined by your immediate supervisor. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
