Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and performance goals for the team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and motivated sales environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and trends in the aesthetics and Beauty Salon industry.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure client satisfaction and treatment effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Control expenses and maximize ROI on sales activities.
- Forecast sales revenue and expenses accurately.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Collaborate with other departments and third parties when required for effective teamwork.
- Participate in regular management committee meetings and furnish reports and feedback to the CEO and fellow team members to facilitate continuous process improvement.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time, as determined by your immediate supervisor.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic business conditions.
- Experience in performance management, coaching, and developing talent within a sales team.
