Sales Operations Executive – Listing, Documentation & Creative Supervisor La Theoz, Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Work Setup: On‑Site (Makati / Pasay Office) Not WFH Reports To: Sales Manager & CEO Supervises: Sales Agents (listing compliance) Salary Range: 28,000 – 35,000 + Allowances & Bonuses Hiring Status: Immediate Key Responsibilities Listing & Documentation Supervision Review ATS, IDs, TCT/CCT, tax docs, computation sheets Verify and approve listing files before public release Monitor agents uploads for accuracy and compliance CRM Management & Quality Control Manage all listing entries on EstateBud / GHL / ClickUp Eliminate data duplication and ensure up-to-date status Provide weekly reports to management Document Drafting & Checking Draft ATS, OTP, Reservation Forms, and CTS / DOS Coordinate with legal teams and notaries File all documents properly for audit readiness Coordination with Sellers & Agents Communicate with sellers for missing or unclear details Coach agents on listing quality standards Ensure complete property documentation before approval Creative Property Presentation Use Canva for posters and digital flyers Edit property videos using CapCut or Canva Video Maintain brand consistency in visuals Portal Posting Oversight Oversee listings on Lamudi, DotProperty, Carousell, FB Marketplace Check titles, captions, prices, and photos for accuracy Archive outdated or inactive listings Reporting & Coordination Submit weekly listing and documentation reports Work closely with the Sales Manager and CEO Ideal Wealth Dynamics Profile Profile: STEEL – Ensures accuracy, structure, and file integrity LORD – Manages process, documentation, and compliance flow STAR (Secondary) – Adds visual creativity and brand quality Application Requirements Have experience in listing documentation / sales admin (real estate) Can use Canva & basic video editing apps (CapCut, Canva Video) Are organized, analytical, and creative Can supervise and support a team Are based in Makati or Pasay (office‑based role) #J-18808-Ljbffr
