Finance and Accounting Supervisor at ALPLA Group Join ALPLA Group’s Finance team as our next Finance and Accounting Supervisor. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities Coordinate accounting operations by scheduling jobs and delegating duties of subordinates. Assess and approve accurate processing of accounting transactions, adhering to internal controls and regulatory compliance. Accomplish all reporting requirements, both internal and external, strictly based on agreed timelines and produce regular variance analysis against budget. Assist with schedules and reconciliations for audit‑related matters and monitor cash flow requirements and bank balances. Support registration and renewal of business permits and licenses. Ensure organized filing and safekeeping of all financial documents and records. Identify system improvements and develop/implement necessary financial policies and procedures to enhance work quality. Communicate with external contacts such as customers, banks, and auditors. Participate in hiring, orientation, coaching, counseling, disciplining, and appraising staff performance. Identify training needs to update staff knowledge and increase effectiveness in responsibilities. Qualifications Graduate of a College Degree in Accountancy. 1‑2 years of supervising finance and accounting tasks. Proficiency with system‑based accounting transactions. In‑depth knowledge of finance and accounting transactions and procedures. Strong leadership sense and business maturity. High level of commitment to job tasks.
