We're looking for a GoHighLevel Specialist to lead our automation, CRM management, and campaign optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in building and scaling workflows that improve lead engagement and conversion.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Review, audit, and optimize the current GoHighLevel setup to ensure system efficiency.
  • Build, launch, and manage automated campaigns, workflows, and pipelines for various user groups.
  • Develop lead-nurturing sequences through email, SMS, and voicemail automation.
  • Manage and analyze datasets to track campaign performance, engagement, and appointment rates.
  • Refine campaign scripts, content, and cadence based on real-time data insights.
  • Set up advanced tracking, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with operations and support teams to enhance outreach and customer response efficiency.
  • Explore integrations and automation opportunities through APIs and third-party platforms.
  • Implement multi-channel retargeting strategies using social media and digital ads.
  • Support the development of standard processes and playbooks for scaling nationwide operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, funnels, and lead management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data tracking and performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and multi-channel marketing is a plus.
