AK Social House is a full-service branding and media agency building authority brands through premium content, funnels, and AI-driven systems. We launch websites, funnels, podcasts, and growth campaigns for entrepreneurs, creators, and salons/beauty brands.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on GHL expert to architect, build, and optimize high-converting funnels and automations. You'll own the technical build: funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, webhooks, AI/DM automations, analytics, and QA—end to end.
What You'll Do
- Funnels: Build high-converting funnels in GHL (opt-ins, VSL/sales pages, checkout/upsells, lead magnets, booking flows).
- Automations: Architect workflows (email/SMS), triggers, pipelines, tasks, user permissions, and round-robin calendars.
- Integrations: Connect Stripe, PayPal, GSuite, domains, DNS, SMTP, LC Phone, social DMs, webhooks, and Zapier/Make.
- Data & Tracking: Set up UTM/source tracking, conversion events, attribution, dashboards, and basic GA4/Meta pixel events.
- CRM Hygiene: Custom fields, smart lists, opportunities, pipelines, snapshots, and sub-account standardization.
- AI/DM Flows: Build chatbot/DM automations and lead-qual flows; configure AI agents for FAQs, routing, and booking.
- Launch Ops: QA links, mobile/responsive checks, page speed basics, form/test transactions, and fail-safes.
- Optimization: A/B tests, copy/layout tweaks, deliverability checks, and clear weekly reporting.
- Documentation: Create simple SOPs/loom walkthroughs so the team and clients can operate smoothly.
Must-Have Skills
- 2–4+ years professionally building in GoHighLevel (agency accounts, snapshots, SaaS mode a plus).
- Proven funnel architecture skills (lead gen → nurture → sales/booking → post-purchase).
- Strong automation logic: triggers, tags, branching, wait steps, conditions, and error handling.
- Zapier/Make and webhooks/API basics (POST/GET, payloads, headers).
- Deliverability and inbox placement basics (DNS, SPF/DKIM, warming, list hygiene).
- Tracking/Attribution: UTMs, events, conversion tracking (Meta, Google).
- Detail-obsessed QA, documentation, and project hygiene in ClickUp/Asana/Monday.
- Clear, proactive communication and ownership mindset.
Nice to Have
- Landing page/CMS chops (Wix/CF/GHL).
- Basic HTML/CSS; light JS an advantage.
- Offer/copy awareness (hooks, CTAs, order bumps, upsells).
- Ad platform familiarity (Meta/TikTok/YouTube) to align funnels with traffic.
- Podcast/creator/e-commerce or beauty/salon industry experience.

Success Looks Like
- Fully functional funnels and workflows delivered on time, documented, and bug-free.
- Clear weekly metrics: opt-in rate, booked calls, sales, show-up rate, CPL/CPA (when ads run).
- Faster cycle times from idea → launch, with tested backups and rollback plans.
