Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager based in the Philippines to expand CECA’s presence and operations in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational counseling , a passion for helping students succeed, and proven skills in relationship building and business development . Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in Nepal’s education and migration consulting market. Provide expert advice and counseling to students and families regarding overseas education options, visa processes, and career pathways. Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents, schools, educational institutions, and key stakeholders . Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on their academic background, goals, and eligibility. Stay updated with visa and immigration regulations, university policies, and international education trends . Conduct seminars, webinars, and information sessions to promote CECA’s services. Maintain detailed records of student interactions, leads, applications, and conversions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams in Australia and other international locations to ensure smooth end-to-end processing of applications. Qualifications & Skills 2–3 years of experience in business development, education counseling, or international student recruitment . Strong understanding of student visa processes and international education systems (Australia, UK, Canada preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools , and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Fluent in English and Nepali (spoken and written). Passionate about education and career guidance .
