About the role Join the customer support team at CPI Management Services' as a Customer Service Support Specialist. In this full‑time role based in Pampanga Central Luzon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive. What you’ll be doing Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions Identifying and escalating complex customer concerns to the appropriate team or manager Providing customers with information about our products, services, and policies Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to better assist customers Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience What we’re looking for Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, empathise, and provide effective solutions Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities Proficiency in English and the local language(s) of the region Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others What we offer At CPI Management Services', we are dedicated to supporting our employees' growth and development.
