Job Description Outpost is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer service, providing exceptional support across various channels, including email, chat, and phone. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. Day-to-day Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and product information. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information. Qualifications At least 2 years previous experience in a customer service role. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
