Join Our Team as a Customer Support Specialist The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional technical, billing, and general support to our customers. This role includes acting as a liaison between multiple departments to resolve issues effectively, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities Provide technical, billing, and general support to all customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Serve as the liaison between multiple departments to find effective solutions to customer issues. Follow customer issues through to completion, ensuring timely resolutions and communication. Develop processes and bring recommendations to the management team to improve customer service. Track and analyze customer service issues, communicating recommendations and updates to all relevant departments. Qualifications At least two (2) years of experience in customer service. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. Experience working with cable, telecom, ISP, mobile carrier, solar panel preferred. Has experience working with Renewable Energy, Solar, or Construction industry. Has experience as a Project Coordinator or Scheduler role. Knowledge of or experience using the Zendesk platform.
