DISTRICT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description Allocate sales targets and trade investments to assigned Business Development Managers (BDMs). Review and validate business plans, sales performance, and activity reports of BDMs quarterly and annually. Provide field coaching and align BDMs with merchandising strategies and national/regional directives. Manage accounts receivable within the assigned district and coordinate with Credit & Collection and Logistics. Ensure consistent execution of district-level business development strategies and smooth account servicing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in sales or trade marketing, preferably in Modern Trade or FMCG. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing a sales team. Solid understanding of merchandising strategy, account development, and trade investments. Excellent coordination, reporting, and analytical skills.
