Title: Human Resources Business Partner Overview The HR Business Partner provides strategic partnership, technical expertise, and supervision of transactional support on the management of human resources, and development of appropriate HR interventions and strategies for the assigned district/division to support business objectives, resulting in organizational strength. Strategic Human Resource Management Collaborates with district/division leaders to align HR programs with organizational goals, equips key personnel with tools and knowledge for consistent HR strategy execution, and ensures smooth transitions during change initiatives through structured planning and communication. Evaluates HR program impact and cost‑effectiveness, oversees third‑party service delivery, supervises team performance and budgeting, and drives continuous improvement in HR processes to support organizational capability and business growth. Talent Development Provides facilitation, advice, and transactional support to district/division on the talent acquisition process, people development programs, and career development process, linking these to district/division’s directions and structure to ensure relevance and the capacity to provide the right people at the right time. Workforce Staffing Advises district/division management during talent selection or performance validation to ensure business directions and talent acquisition, people development principles, and career development guidelines are utilized. Advises on the capability of current talent profile and delivers sourcing strategies to address workforce gaps, enhancing organizational capability to meet business goals. Compensation and Benefits Gathers concerns and analyzes implications of compensation and benefits strategies, translating suggestions into improvements that ensure relevance for the organization and its employees. Provides advice and transactional support during compensation and benefits implementation to ensure uniform and correct application, promoting work equity. Employee Engagement and Labor Relations Aligns district/division culture with corporate values and implements engagement programs that support business and HR strategies, fostering participation and enhancing organizational synergy. Partners with business units to manage employer‑employee relations, audit labor standards compliance, and recommend corrective actions, ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to labor regulations. Job Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses. At least 4‑5 years of experience in HR business partnering. Knowledgeable in several facets of HR such as Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Project Management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Willing to perform fieldwork for store visits and ocular inspections. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set‑up).
