What You’ll Do Provide Level 2 support for Managed Public Cloud services. Build, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure . Implement technical change requests and maintain operational documentation. Use ClickOps, scripting, and IaC to configure environments. Stay current with cloud updates and best practices. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support. What You Bring Proficiency in Azure infrastructure management . Knowledge of Entra ID , scripting, automation, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with ITIL framework and cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Linux, and other public/private cloud platforms. 3+ years of IT experience, preferably in a Managed Services Provider environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
