KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Lead and oversee the employee relations function, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices across the organization.
-Manage and resolve complex employee relations cases, including disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
-Provide guidance and training to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
-Develop, review, and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Partner with leadership to improve workplace culture, employee engagement, and communication strategies.
-Oversee investigations into employee complaints, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and timely resolution.
-Monitor trends in employee concerns and recommend proactive solutions.
-Ensure compliance with all labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
-Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
-Collaborate with HR teams on talent retention, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in employee relations or HR management.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
-Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
-Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
-High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office
