Responsibilities Maintain Positive Employee Relations : Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote a harmonious work environment. Conflict Resolution : Address and mediate employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and inclusive processes. Policy Guidance : Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Investigate Issues : Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions based on findings. Data Analysis : Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and satisfaction. Training and Development : Develop and deliver training programs for management and staff on effective communication, conflict resolution, and workplace policies. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Certifications such as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Experience in human resources, labor relations, or a related field, often requiring 1 to 2 years of experience. Skills in interpersonal communication, labor laws, conflict resolution, and employee engagement. Collaboration with other HR functions and the ability to develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures. For higher-level positions, such as Employee Relations Manager, a master's degree in human resources or labor relations may be required, along with advanced certifications and experience in managing employee relations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
