
Admin & Procurement Assistant

* Assist in sourcing suppliers and collecting quotations.
* Prepare purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
* Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
* Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order follow-up and status updates.
* Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
* Help monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking needs.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* At least [1-2] years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement software is a plus.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
