RMB Retrobuild and Construction Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly and support manpower coordination for our construction projects. This role will focus on providing day-to-day administrative support, ensuring organized workflows, and assisting both office and site teams in their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Office Support:

  • Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and files.

  • Prepare and format reports, memos, and correspondence.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events.

  • Answer and route calls, emails, and other communications with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Assist in updating and managing company records, contracts, and documentation.

Manpower Assistance:

  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment process for site workers and project staff.

  • Help monitor manpower schedules and track attendance and timekeeping logs.

  • Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and site safety requirements.

  • Coordinate with project managers to relay manpower needs and updates.

Operational Support:

  • Act as a liaison between the head office and project sites to ensure smooth information flow.

  • Help track project updates and manpower movements.

  • Provide administrative assistance for procurement and logistics needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or college-level education in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).

  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience (construction industry experience is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic document management.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
