Requirements:
College Graduate
Female
With 5yrs and up experience in handling and mentoring purchasing team or HR team.
Attentive to details and meticulous in checking of reports and other purchasing or HR documents.
Knowledgeable in MS Office specially in Excel.
Flexible and can work with less supervision.
Willing to render overtime as need arises.

Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily purchasing operations and procurement activities.
Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery.
Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Track order status and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Support negotiation efforts to achieve cost savings.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Assist in supplier performance evaluation and relationship management.
Help train and mentor junior purchasing staff.

Salary: 20,000-25,000
