Position: Project & Events Assistant (Hybrid set up)

Work Set up: Hybrid, 2 to 3 times onsite
Salary: Php 30,000 to Php 40,000
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma holder
With at least 2 to 3 years 'of experience in project coordination, support, or a similar role
With experience in coordination activities in relation to events and contract management.
Willing to work in a project based(6months)
Amenable to work as soon as possible.
Can attend interviews.

Responsibilities:
Provides project or program support to specific functional groups or business processes.
Monitors the status, budgets, and timelines of programs, projects, or systems.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Delivers technical support, which may include conducting program or system training, preparing documentation, extracting and reviewing data, tracking progress, and performing coding activities.
