  • Assist with event setup and breakdown , including tables, decorations, and promotional displays.
  • Welcome and register guests , provide event materials, and answer questions.
  • Support event activities such as prize draws, games , and other interactive promotions .
  • Distribute promotional flyers, giveaways , and branded items to guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service , addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns on-site.
  • Help collect and record guest data and participation metrics during events.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, materials, and promotional equipment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in events management, coordination, or production (corporate, lifestyle, or VIP-focused events preferred).
  • Experience in a casino environment — as an intern (OJT) or employee — is strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable in high-pressure, client-facing roles , especially within hospitality, entertainment, or luxury service industries.
  • Background in VIP guest handling , logistics coordination, or vendor/supplier management is a plus .
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Admin, or Operations) is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks , stay organized , and follow detailed instructions.
  • A team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events.
