Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Specialist in Talent Acquisition located in Taguig. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, managing sourcing channels, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Daily tasks include conducting initial candidate screenings, sourcing through job boards and social media, and attending job fairs and networking events. The Sourcing Specialist will also assist in scheduling interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Education skills
  • Experience in Assistant Teaching and Working With Children
  • Mathematics proficiency
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
