About the role iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's valuable assets and ensuring their efficient utilisation. What you'll be doing Maintaining detailed records of all company assets, including equipment, furniture, and technology Conducting regular audits and inspections to verify the condition and location of assets Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets Developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures to optimise resource utilisation Providing reports and recommendations to management on asset-related matters Collaborating with the IT team to manage the company's technology assets, including software licenses and hardware Assisting with the implementation of asset tracking and inventory control systems Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices for asset management What we're looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management or a related field Strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and regulatory requirements Proficiency in using asset management software and tools Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Effective communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes Experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred What we offer At iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., we value our employees and strive to provide a rewarding work environment.
