Essential Duties and Responsibilities: .The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting health insurance plans, and achieving sales targets. SO will play a crucial role in customizing insurance solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering positive client relationships to contribute to the overall growth and success of the HMO of the company.Key Responsibilities:•Make Cold Calls to Corporate Clients.•Gathers relevant data and information to develop business proposal.•Sets appointment for sales presentation, and negotiations.•Make follow-up on proposal released.•Establishes good business relationship with new and existing clients.•Develops strategies and business plan in acquiring new business for the company.•Ensures new business acquisition for the company.•Customer Service oriented.•Other Adhoc tasksQualifications:•Graduate of any 4-year course.•With HMO experience is a plus.•With at least 1-year corporate accounts sales working experience.•Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office).•Determined and goal oriented.•With pleasing personality •Excellent negotiation skill is a must.•With excellent communication skills•Willing to do field works.
