Qualifications:College Graduate of any 4-Year CoursePassionate, Confident, High EQ, PositiveGood Communication and Follow-up SkillsPatient and Good ListenerTeam Player with Initiative and Self-DisciplineWell-Groomed Individual with an Outgoing PersonalityHighly Organized and Detail-OrientedResults-Driven, Pro-Active, and able to Multi-taskHardworking and Requires Minimum SupervisionPrepared, willing and able to travel at flexible hours and at short noticeOther Preferences:Must have a bachelor’s degree.Has a motorcycle.Must have a valid driver’s license.Must be fast yet careful driver.Can travel around Metro Manila.Can work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.Male/Female applicant are both accepted.Job Description:To drive and penetrate OB clinics to allow prospecting and clinic leads generationTo prospect and consult clients in clinics and generate leads for CREsTo consistently meet and exceed the Leads QuotaTo manage and drive activities in clinics/ hospitals such as clinic blitzes together with CREs and work closely with marketing to conduct scheduled clinic blitzTo liaise with doctors, clinics, hospitals for training and any FACT inspection fulfillment and ensure proper and timely documentation of any and all such FACT related activitiesTo update competitors’ information in clinics in a timely mannerTo provide complete leads details, proper schedule records and daily reportsTo ensure proper recording, processing and timely release of OB honorarium and secretary incentivesTo participate in marketing events/ seminars and may assist in client consultation from time to time when neededTo change data loggers in hospital delivery rooms on a regular and efficient manner following FACT standards and protocolsTo pick up cord blood and/or cord tissue and/or maternal blood samples at the hospital, on demand, and perform proper documentation, initial assessment of samples and consultations with client’s spouse and/or family membersJob Type: Full-timePay: Up to Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Additional leaveCompany Christmas giftCompany eventsHealth insuranceLife insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryEducation:Bachelor's (Required)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)
