TRAINER
(RCM - Healthcare Account)
High school graduate and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.
3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role.
Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call centre operations.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Ability to manage multiple training batches and adapt to different learning styles.
Salary: 40k – 45k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)
Target Start Date: ASAP: Amenable to work in Taguig: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
TEAM LEADER
(RCM - Healthcare Account)
High school graduate and above; certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration
advantageous
3-5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Strong understanding of RCM processes including charge entry, payment posting, denial management,
and AR follow-up.
Experience in a call centre environment handling inbound/outbound calls related to billing inquiries.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools.
Salary: 50k – 55k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
Target Start Date: ASAP Amenable to work in Taguig: Onsite
We prefer candidates residing in Manila or nearby provinces and can be scheduled for an online/onsite
assessment and interview immediately
QUALITY ANALYST
(RCM - Healthcare Account)
High school graduates and above; certification in medical billing or healthcare compliance is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 1–2 years in a quality/auditing role.
Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS codes, and payer-specific billing rules.
Experience in a call centre environment with exposure to call quality metrics (e.g., AHT, FCR, CSAT).
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and billing platforms
Salary: 35k – 40k (ALL IN – still depends on their work experience)
Schedule: Shifting schedule (including weekends) and may work during holidays
