JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) to drive sales growth, manage negotiations, collaborate with internal teams, track store performance, prepare sales reports, support business planning efforts, and assist with trade marketing and other assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in key account management, preferably within FMCG or food distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms, and data analysis.
• Understanding of demand planning, customer business planning, and joint business planning.
• Familiarity with modern trade operations and retailer systems.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and expand sales within assigned modern trade key accounts.
• Handle negotiations for listings, promotions, and trading terms in line with approved guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, billing, and inventory control.
• Track store performance, merchandising standards, and competitor activities.
• Create routine sales reports and deliver data-driven insights to management.
• Contribute to the development of customer business plans and trade marketing strategies.
• Ad Hoc: Carry out additional tasks as assigned, either individually or as part of a committee.
