Key Account Executive

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) who will manage and grow sales, lead negotiations, collaborate with internal teams, oversee store performance, prepare sales reports, support customer business plans, and assist with trade marketing initiatives and other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, CRM tools and data analysis.
• Knowledge in demand planning, customer business planning and joint business planning.
• Familiarity with modern trade operations and retailer systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and grow sales performance across assigned modern trade key accounts.
• Negotiate listings, promotions, and trading terms within established guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment, billing, and inventory processes.
• Monitor store performance, merchandising execution, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-driven insights to management.
• Support the development of customer business plans and trade marketing initiatives.
• Ad Hoc: Perform additional tasks as assigned, either independently or as part of a team or committee.
