Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for all admin and clerical works
  2. Assist with vendor accreditation, monitoring document submission, follow-up requirements, tracking on completion
  3. Assist buyers on vendor follow-up, request submission of quotes, inquiries
  4. Encoding, data input, and gathering documents in support of SAP Ariba Transition
  5. Assist buyer with PR monitoring
  6. Tracking of all Procurement transactions
  7. Assisting Procurement Team on ad-hoc tasks, follow-ups, and stakeholder inquiries

Qualifications:

  1. With experience working on clerical tasks
  2. MS Office literate
