• Hands-on experience with middleware platforms and integration tools.
• Familiarity with HR systems landscape and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience.

Preferred Skills:
• Workday Integrations Certification is an advantage.
• Background in global HR systems and multi-country integrations.
• Understanding of data privacy standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Project management background or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
