Customer Engagement and Sales- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and close deals to meet sales targets for Instruments – Cosmetic/Aesthetic devices, Laboratory equipment/s and Medical devices.
Marketing Strategies – Develop and implement campaigns to promote products or services, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing.
Market Research- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly,
Lead Generation- Find new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Brand Awareness & Promotion- Ensure the company's image and message reach the right audience through compelling storytelling and targeted promotions.
Negotiation & Pricing- Handle discussions on pricing, contracts, and deals to maximize profitability while satisfying customer expectations.
Performance Tracking & Reporting- Monitor sales metrics, customer feedback, and marketing effectiveness to fine approaches.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science

*Chemical Engineering/ Cosmetic Science/ Chemistry/ Pharmacy

Experience: at least 2 year of related work (Preferred)

*with Medical Representative experience

Language: Tagalog & English (Required)

Negotiation and Coordinating Skills
Excellent communication skills
A positive, confident, and determined approach
Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
A good level of numeracy
Can drive with a driving license
Fluency in a foreign language - this can be helpful, particularly if working for an international company
