JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Key Account Executive (Modern Trade) to manage and grow sales, handle negotiations, coordinate with internal teams, monitor store performance, prepare sales reports, support business plans, and assist with trade marketing and other assigned tasks. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or food distribution. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, CRM tools and data analysis. • Knowledge in demand planning, customer business planning and joint business planning. • Familiarity with modern trade operations and retailer systems. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage and grow sales with assigned modern trade key accounts. • Negotiate listings, promotions and trading terms within approved parameters. • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, billing and inventory management. • Monitor store performance, merchandising execution and competitor activities. • Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-based insights to management. • Support the development of customer business plans and trade marketing initiatives. • Ad Hoc: Perform other tasks that may be assigned either individually or as part of a committee.
