Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
-2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in payroll or C&B)
-Strong background in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration
-Familiar with PH labor laws and government requirements
-Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems
-Strong attention to detail, coordination, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
-Process monthly payroll and government remittances
-Manage SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and loan applications
-Prepare attendance and payroll reports
-Maintain accurate 201 files (physical and digital)
-Support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation
