JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely processing of in-house payroll administration in accordance with the statutory and company regulations, end to end processing of company payrolls (semi-monthly) and administration of employee’s benefits.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collect and encode data into payroll database.
2. Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
3. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner and comply with company and regulatory standard.
4. Handle bank enrollment for newly hired employees or request for changing of bank enrollment.
5. Process and compute Government mandatory benefits such as Loans, Sickness and Maternity.
6. Assist in payroll and timesheet preparations.
7. Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; report of any variances.
8. Protects payroll operations and employees by strictly keeping information confidential.
9. Prepare periodic C& B reports
10. Performs other related assignment from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related course
• 1 year or above working experience in handling payroll or related tasks

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Filipino
• Computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Excel
• Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
