JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Company Nurse
✨Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview
✨Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ ✨ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
✨ Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
✨ Handle statutory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and withholding taxes, ensuring timely remittances and completion of required reports.
✨ Monitor, update, and maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and overtime.
✨ Ensure compliance with labor laws, government requirements, and company policies across all HR activities.
✨ Provide support in employee relations, including participation in performance evaluation processes and assisting with disciplinary procedures.
✨ Maintain and organize employee files and HR databases to uphold data accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness.
✨ Support the implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.
✨ Perform other HR-related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
