Job Summary:
We're looking for a PR Account Coordinator who's passionate about building strong relationships with influencers and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You'll be our go-to in managing influencer partnerships, negotiating rates, organizing content, and making sure everything aligns with the brand's vision. If you're creative, organized, and love the digital space—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day communication with influencers and brand partners
Negotiate rates, contracts, and timelines professionally
Prepare and analyze content insight decks post-campaign
Research and shortlist influencers or KOLs aligned with brand goals and target market
Support campaign planning, briefing, and execution
Coordinate with internal teams (PR, creatives, and marketing) for seamless workflows
Stay updated on social media trends and influencer performance benchmarks

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or social media coordination (agency or brand side)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong eye for content aesthetics and influencer-brand fit
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Familiarity with content insight tools (e.g. IG/TikTok analytics, or influencer platforms)
