Accounts Payable Analyst

The role of an Accounts Payable Analyst is to oversee the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payment to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Audit and reconcile supplier invoices for accuracy.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and investigate errors.
  • Support onshore teams in monitoring supplier accounts and identifying payment issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Familiarity with US accounting standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Experience working in a BPO setup.
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Work Environment:

This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
