Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (5:00 pm – 1:00pm)
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set Up after 6 months of work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Open for Undergraduates and High school diploma or equivalent education
✨ With at least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage
✨ Willing to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu
✨ Amenable to attend interviews
✨ Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and email channels.
✨Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
✨Identify customer needs and provide effective, timely solutions.
✨Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
✨Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
✨Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

✨Recommend and upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
✨Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
