Position: Non-Voice Customer Service Associate (Hybrid Set Up)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (5:00 pm – 1:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Open for Undergraduates and High school diploma or equivalent education

With at least 2-3 years' experience in customer service in a BPO set up is an advantage

Willing to work fully onsite in IT Park Cebu

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and email channels.

Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Identify customer needs and provide effective, timely solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Recommend and upsell relevant products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
