Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Support: Act as an HR generalist, providing front-line support across all business units and geographies.Ticket Management: Handle HR tickets efficiently and assign them to the appropriate HR groups as needed.Performance Metrics: Contribute to improving key success metrics related to HR service delivery.First-Line Support: Be the initial point of contact for employees, addressing their HR inquiries promptly.Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the relevant HR team members for resolution.Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives.Continuous Learning: Stay informed about HR best practices and industry trends.Knowledge Base Enhancement: Identify gaps in knowledge articles during chat/ticket processing and initiate or request the creation of relevant KB articles.The above statements are intended to indicate the general nature and level of work being performed by employees within this classification.
