Job Title: Technical Consultant

At ABSI, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering technical solutions to our clients, ensuring that their business needs are met and their technical requirements are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs, conducting detailed assessments and analyses of client systems and infrastructure.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and develop customized technical solutions based on client requirements, planning and managing the implementation of technology solutions to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients post-implementation, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope, creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic technical guidance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical consulting or similar role.
  • Strong technical expertise in relevant areas (e.g., networking, cloud computing, software development).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., databases, programming languages, system monitoring tools).
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
