Responsibilities:

Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknessesDirect structured learning experiences and monitor their quality resultsAcclimate new Sales to the business and conduct orientation sessionsAssess training effectiveness to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behaviorPeriodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changesStay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee training developmentDesign and develop training modules, incorporating adult learning principles and interactive elements like simulations and role-playing.Create engaging content that covers technical knowledge of the dashboard, product details, and community-specific insights.Update training materials based on new product features and feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate settingExtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principlesProven ability to master the full training cycleAdequate knowledge of learning management softwareFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniquesFamiliarity with talent management and succession planningSound decision-making and organizational skillsAbility to present complex information to a variety of audiencesProficiency in MS Office and database softwareBS degree in Education, Training, HR or a related field Why bXTRA Philippines?
