JOB DESCRIPTION: Training Specialist

FactSet is a leader in providing research and analytical tools to finance professionals. FactSet offers instant access to accurate financial data and analytics around the world. FactSet clients combine hundreds of databases from industry-leading suppliers into a single powerful information system.

FactSet Fundamentals Team collects financial statements of Public and Private (US only) companies across the continent. The team sources the company filings from various sources like stock exchanges, company websites, and regulatory body & third-party vendors. We extract & analyze the data from financial statement like Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash flow statement of the company.

The Training Specialist will lead and supervise instructor-led training for DCOPS Teams on the interpretation, analysis, and collection of company data. TS will facilitate hands-on, virtual and hybrid training using the relevant applications and will work with Operations and other Support teams to promote and encourage communication, standardization of policies and best practices.

FF Reimagine Training team assists employees in learning new skills, developing their knowledge, and stay up to date on the recent requirements needed to perform their jobs. We can keep employees engaged and motivated to learn and ensure that employees retain the knowledge they acquire during training and can apply it effectively in their work. Our core objective is to develop content knowledge and skills of an employee for doing the job.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts New-Hires/Short course training programs and by end each training program trainees Assessment and Exercise scores should ideally be more than 85%.
All the trainers feedback reports should be prepared in detail and error free. Trainers should also involve in conducting Post and Pre-Training activities, taking feedback from stakeholders and trainees and look for skillset improvement.
Be involved in maintaining training documentations and guidelines ensuring they are updated and consistent with the existing collection policies. Also, trainer should collect 2 documents per quarter as per knowledge in FFR pipelines.
Trainer should involve in Methodology document review and share the feedback in terms of completeness, scenario coverage and collection process in refinement of collection policies.
Engage in other training-related activities that enhance Operations processes including new enhancements and best work practices.
Assists the Training Manager/ Lead trainer to carry on day-to-day activities of the team.
Initiate and participate in corporate quality improvement tasks like Tech-Pro.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Current department should be in Data Collection Operations Manila.
Current designation should be Senior Research Analyst/Process Specialist and equivalents.
Employee should not in PIP and the latest rating should be Achieved Goals or better.
Minimum current designation tenure should be 12 months.
Minimum FactSet experience should be 18 months.
High proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and other MS tools.
Comfortable and confident in front of audiences at delivering presentations.
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
