Job Description

As an E-Learning Training Specialist, you'll lead engaging training sessions that empower our team to excel. From technical concepts to interactive tools, you'll tailor sessions to diverse learning styles. Plus, you'll craft dynamic eLearning courses enriched with multimedia to enhance learning experiences.

Handle With Care: Your Duties

Conduct engaging and informative employee training sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of concepts and tools.Tailor training sessions to diverse audience needs, adjusting delivery methods.Create eLearning Courses with the inclusion of Audio and VideoDesign and develop eLearning courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry best practices with a focus on multimedia applications (video and audio).Create engaging and interactive multimedia elements like videos, quizzes, and simulations. Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate the latest advancements into training programs.Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to enhance training initiatives' effectiveness continually. Content Writer Tasks: Write training and educational scripts for videos, eLearning, and articles.Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, taking projects from research to final script.Coordinate deliverables such as source material and script feedback from internal subject matter experts, stakeholders, and colleagues.Devise content strategy for new learning pathways and topics based on research, content gaps, and existing content performance.Gear Up Your Skills: Qualifications That Fit3+ years of experience as a professional content writer with a strong portfolio showcasing scriptwriting skills for eLearning or training materials.3+ years of experience managing multiple content projects.Experience in training delivery (must have).Ability to develop engaging and informative scripts for various learning materials, including videos, eLearning modules, and articles.Experience managing multiple content projects from research to final script, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams or clients.Background in training delivery to create effective and practical learning content.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience creating eLearning modules, including audio and video editing capabilities (advantageous).Previous experience in the Equipment Hire Industry (preferred but not essential).Familiarity with NetSuite and InsPhire Business Management Software, Litmos Learning Management Systems, Filmora, and Nintex Process Management Platforms (advantageous).Bachelor's Degree in eLearning or similar fields (advantageous but not essential).Unrivaled Perks That Keep You RollingDay 1 HMO coverageCompetitive salary packageDay shift schedulePrime office locationWork life balanceStandard government and Emapta benefits20 annual leaves to be used on your discretionDirect exposure to international clientsRealistic career growth opportunitiesUpskilling through Emapta AcademyDiverse and supportive work environmentWho are we?
